A medium bodied coffee, with brightness that evolves from lively citrus-tones to sweeter flavors as the roast darkens. The finish too is highly varied ranging from berry notes to spicy overtones.

Addis Ababa region of Ethiopia, this coffee is produced from a cooperative
of individually owned farms ranging from 0.5 to 5 acres. The cup is
light-bodied, with a sweet tea aroma, and subtle tanginess. |
