Organic Colombia Mesa de los Santos: This coffee produces a balanced, bright
medium-bodied cup with a clean finish. Like a true Colombian, this coffee can be enjoyed through a variety of roast
levels. Lighter roasts will bring out the brightness qualities and darker roasts will increase body, depth of flavor and aroma.
Organic Mexican SHG: Grown at 4000 feet atop the Sierra Madre range in western
Mexico, the Strictly High Grown (SHG) Typica and Bourbon varietals are grown among an abundant and diverse shade
canopy, which is described by the Smithsonian as truly "Bird Friendly". A medium-bodied coffee, it offers a smooth
and balanced character, with a soft nutty finish. The Flores family first started growing coffee in the mid 20th century.
Now in their third generation, they've been recognized as social leaders in their community, donating land and materials
for the construction of a school, church, and community plaza. Farm workers are provided with the means to purchase
homes and contribute to the community.
Organic Peru La Florida: Coming from the rich, volcanic mountains of the
ancient Peruvian Incas, this coffee brings a velvety smooth and balanced flavor with hints of chocolate at the finish.
The amazing aroma is just a precursor to the cup.

growers are an inspiration to other Central American coffee growing countries. This coffee is described as rich and
perfectly balanced, intriguing and lush by professional tasters from around the world. Try it for yourself.
